The blessing - something from this, that provides existence of the person which, in turn, can be intolerable, tolerable, magnificent, etc. the Blessings can be material and spiritual.

From the philosophical point of view concept "blessing" - most the general designation of positive value. Well-known the fact, that the blessing of one, frequently turns around harm (misfortune) for others - the classical class approach.

But more dramatic is other fact, consisting that "not everything, that seems the blessing, that actually and is".

Feeling it, for example, A.Marshall the blessing replaces with a word concept the goods. It is known, what not any goods are the blessing: drugs, the weapon, slaves, substandard and dangerous products, etc. Avoiding a word the goods, keeping, nevertheless, this concept, and pretending, that other fillings of this term do not exist, it is possible to get on long enough with own conscience - to be mistaken.

Historically the sphere of activity of the person connected with creation, distribution and redistribution of the goods, and, that is more important, the blessings, i.e. economy and a policy, is explosive. Now in connection with дисбалансом between the reached levels in productivity and quality of work in spheres of industrial and intellectual activity, it is appreciable lagging behind from technological, these institutes (economy and a policy) began to threaten existence of the phenomenon of the person.

Ecological concern of mankind - a consequence of development of economy and a policy. Actually ecological concern is no more, than imitation of the activity which is not mentioning roots of the phenomenon.

Belief - one of the basic base properties of information systems (and intelligence), causing possibility of their existence, caused, in turn, limitation of resources (both the information, and possibility of its processing), consisting that at the initial stage of knowledge of the validity the system is satisfied not true, but the first comer, is adequate enough the decision reflecting the validity from a category pseudo-correct and, at first sight, the safe. Such decision undertakes from previous successful experience, thus the system is objectively compelled to risk own future. If the system guesses and will continue to exist further this decision becomes its experience. Concepts are closely connected with a phenomenon belief risk degree, the truth and lie.

On not basic directions of life the belief starts to live an independent life that is quite clear as receives a reinforcement: the system really continues to exist, after all a direction, from the point of view of a survival, not essentially.

Long enough existence of belief, at occurrence of the enterprising and talented people, able not basic directions of life to transform into sources of own existence (life), transforms it into professional art - church or religion.

Intellectually focused systems in process of development (increase in resources available at their order) aspire to reduce degree of uncertainty and to replace belief with knowledge on all directions of life.

In J.Bohenskogo's book "Hundred superstitions" it is told: "According to other prejudice, belief - the certificate unreasonable in the sense that at trusting there are no reasonable bases for belief. Actually mentally healthy person cannot consider true any position, that is trust in it without any arguments in its advantage, not having on that of the sufficient bases".

The basis - the base providing integrity of difficult construction: buildings, constructions, actions, theories, etc. From the point of view of guided in the world of the person surrounding it, for those or its other acts are required the certain bases.

The concept the basis is closely connected with concept belief. Whether is in our life of the basis for belief? Similar, that is not present. But trust!

The basic question of philosophy - "As is arranged our world?" Other basic question at philosophy cannot be.

The basic property of information systems - the basic property of information systems is ability to operate and remain in the conditions of insufficiency of the information that it is possible to define as advancing reflexion of the validity.

The basic events in human life - a birth and death; the others are distributed between these two dates: pregnancy and a birth of the child (for the woman and somewhat for the man), a marriage, divorce, death of relatives, heavy illness or a mutilation (accident), participation in war, the conclusion or involving/hit / in criminal grouping - these and to it similar not numerous events are the marks forcing the person to reconsider the outlook.
